As director of marketing, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of both inbound and outbound marketing strategy, providing direction, leadership and insights to acquire new leads, and covert leads into sales.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience across platforms touching relevant technologies. You should have working expertise within the ‘IT Service space‘, desired channels to approach and know how to leverage on future-ready digital tools and technologies to consistently drive new sales queries.
As a successful hire, you should be responsible for strategizing our marketing efforts and communicating the plans to those involved, and building on awareness for our company’s activities.
Responsibilities
• Develop a marketing plan to bring in new accounts
• Continuously use new techniques to exceed revenue target
• Uncover insights and plans to implement marketing strategies for existing and upcoming products and services of CodePolicy
• Identify the revenue growth opportunities within the established client base
• Budgeting, resource planning
• Identifying potential customers
• Developing promotions and advertising
• Identifying new growth engines and platforms
• Building new industry relationships and develop an accountable environment
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
• Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Dedicated teamwork approach and collaborative attitude
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Established network of media and PR contacts preferred
