CodePolicy Technologies built the match engine using AI technologies, supported several functionalities to instantly find the right fit with higher match score.
As soon as resume is uploaded or New Positions posted, the AI powered match engine quickly scans the data, builds the match pattern based on some predefined rulesets like key skills, job experience, roles and other custom-defined rule-sets. The AI engine looks for match between profile and open positions using this match patterns, score them against each other.
The engine notifies the Recruiter as well as Job Seeker with match score and rank.
